My email already exists?
It looks like you already have an account in our system - that’s great! You can login by clicking the logo in the top left corner of this page. If you do not know your password you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot Password link in the bottom right of the screen and entering your email address. You will receive an email and can reset your password by clicking on the button.
What is my appointment time?
Your appointment time is located in your student dashboard. To login click on the logo in the top left corner and enter your email and password. If you do not know your password refer to the question above. Once logged in you will see your appointment day, time and location listed in your dashboard.
I need to change my appointment time?
Once you are logged in to your student dashboard (see above answer if you do not know how to log in to your dashboard), click the “Edit My Appointment” button and choose a new date or time. When you are done click the submit button.
Forgot my password?
You can reset your own password by clicking on the logo in the top left corner of this page and then clicking on the Forgot Password link in the bottom right of the screen. Enter your email address on the next screen and you will receive an email and can reset your password by clicking on the button.
“My token has expired” message?
You will need to reset your password and get a new token emailed to you. You can reset your own password by clicking on the logo in the top left corner of this page and then clicking on the Forgot Password link in the bottom right of the screen. Enter your email address on the next screen and you will receive an email and can reset your password by clicking on the button.
